Marianne Cheesecake is an international burlesque performer with a name that brings smiles and sudden cravings for dessert.
A forbidden treat, she is not only elegant eye candy but also the embodiment of provocation and humour. Born and raised in Canada with a Hong Kong history, Marianne is a classically trained performer with over 15 years of experience in theatre and creative movement.
An accomplished performer, Marianne has graced many well-known stages in London including Bush Hall, Café de Paris, Leicester Square Theatre and even Wigmore Hall. She has performed at prestigious private members clubs such as The Brompton Club, Crazy Bear and Home House; luxury hotels such as The May Fair and The Westbury; and exclusive casinos such as The Empire, The Palm Beach and Crockfords.
Marianne has featured at Gok Wan’s lingerie launch party and the Henley Royal Regatta. Entertaining and working alongside celebrities, she has made appearances on the Soulwax / 2ManyDJs Tour in the UK and The Kills After-Show Party in Paris.
Marianne has toured around several European hot spots like Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Arhus and Stockholm. Her reputation stretches across the Atlantic and has brought her all the way to New York, Hollywood, San Francisco, Toronto and Montreal.
A visionary theatre-maker, Marianne has collaborated with numerous clients, creating bespoke performances for themed events and special occasions.
Marianne’s particular expertise is in the creation of multisensory experiences and authentic burlesque entertainment. She has collaborated with chefs, food artists, theatrical gourmet producers and creative catering teams.

In the past, Marianne produced her own Asian fusion cabaret shows including a monthly afternoon tea event reviving Shanghai’s golden age of jazz at CellarDoor in London’s West End, as well as a monthly burlesque cabaret supper club event at Café Coco (part of the Royal Oxford Hotel) in Oxford.
